However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURN PROCESS Call us to arrange for returns at (800) 66-BKFLO or (619) 527-2525 or you may email customer service at shop@americanbackflow.com to receive an RMA number. A label with the RMA number is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA number will not be honored. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee or $10 (whichever is more). Freight is non-refundable, and return freight is the customers responsibility. All items must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. We cannot take back used parts. We cannot take back installed or tried parts. Electrical parts are not returnable. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
