Shipping - Returns & Exchange Policies

We appreciate your business and we thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Call us to arrange for returns at (800) 66-BKFLO or (619) 527-2525 or you may email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number.
A label with the RMA number is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA number will not be honored.
All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee or $10 (whichever is more).
Freight is non-refundable, and return freight is the customers responsibility.
All items must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Returns should be shipped to American Backflow Specialties, Inc. 2860 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.
Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 2-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped as long as it is still in our possession.
Once shipped, orders will no longer be able to be cancelled.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer an additional return fee may apply.
